The Bridge International is a non-profit organization based in South Korea, working as an online crowd-funding platform for social entrepreneurs in developing countries in Asia and Africa. We have established partnerships with KOICA, Google, NED, and many other organizations, as well as individual experts and entrepreneurs who share our vision of supporting entrepreneurs to foster positive change.
Our main mission is to see our partners (local entrepreneurs) become self-reliant and financially sustainable in their operations while they create social impact within the community. We want to create a virtuous cycle of the capital where we can all live and enjoy together.
We do this by:
- Providing seed funds up to USD 8,000 (USD 5,000 for the first-time applicant) as a 0% interest loan, which we call ‘Impact Donation’
- Providing marketing opportunities to social enterprises in the early stage of business through crowdfunding
- Offering special opportunities to get connected to a powerful network of global investors and accelerators
