Please describe in your own words your community's needs:
As a Minority, Female, LGTBQ start-up cooperative, we need capacity building, technology and energy solutions, housing innovations and technical expertise. As an intersectional group in the South, we find ourselves socially disadvantaged and without access to grants and are avoiding financing since losing or never achieving  equity has been a barrier to independence for people of color.
