Formed over 10 years ago, VBC began by constructing residential single family modular homes in Philadelphia, PA.
In parallel, the housing crisis began to expand across the city and the country. The need for and notion that anyone should have access to quality, affordable housing became an important part of our mission.
It was then that we set out to become an industry disruptor focusing on:
