Organization Overview

SparkCharge invented and manufactures the Roadie, the first totally portable and modular EV charging system and has built the world’s first mobile electric vehicle charging network, single-handedly creating Charging as a Service (CaaS). Our app allows EV owners the freedom to charge whenever and wherever they want, giving them countless hours back. Subscribers can have their EVs charged wherever they want, at the parking lot at work, in their driveways, or even at the park. We have serviced 100's of EV owners and delivered over 50,000 miles of range shortly after launching in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Dallas.

SparkCharge was first to market with a mobile, modularized EV charger which remains the only portable Level 3 DC fast charger, the Roadie. We have since launched our CCS model the Roadie V2 and are in the prototype stage with the Roadie V3, which will be a complete charging system on wheels at half the weight and twice the speed of our competition. In June 2021 we launched our groundbreaking mobile electric vehicle charging network, single-handedly creating Charging as a Service (CaaS), which we believe is the next billion-dollar industry in the cleantech space.

By making EV ownership easy and exciting, and by directly targeting communities that have been overlooked by traditional EV marketing that has been focused on more affluent people and neighborhoods, SparkCharge believes that these communities will see noticeable decreases in their air pollution, emissions, and particulates as a result of fewer internal combustion engines on the road.

Founder and CEO Joshua Aviv believes that new opportunities can uplift entire communities. It is why SparkCharge has focused on hiring field technicians from the very communities we serve, giving them secure jobs with benefits, and training them in a fast-growing industry. SparkCharge gives its partners the tools to not only introduce the infrastructure of EV charging to their communities, but to maintain and expand that infrastructure as technology progresses and communities strive not to be left behind. As a POC-owned business, SparkCharge prioritizes hiring individuals with a diverse background.
