Since 2011, Redwood Energy has successfully led the design of over 5,000 solar powered affordable housing residences, 90% of which are all-electric. Between 2012 and 2019, only 1% of housing in California was all-electric-most of it led by Redwood Energy. Our modeling work is used to finance construction loans that range between $10M and $60M, and our work is held to the highest standards of accuracy and timely response to deadlines.
