About Our Program
The Water, Energy and Technology (WET) Center helps ventures grow healthy business starting from innovation ideas to commercially-viable products and services. Since 2007, we have supported water, energy and agricultural technology entrepreneurs through programs and services developed by our experienced team, with the assistance of a diverse network of industry and academic professionals.
The passion of our ventures, combined with a dedicated staff and a network of technical and business expertise, makes for exciting commercialization journeys - and successful ones. Your success is important to all of us. Our center includes office space for rent, informal and formal meeting space, and plug-and-play space. It can serve as a soft-landing spot for companies looking to establish a presence in California's Central Valley through the BlueTechValley program.
The WET Center is closely aligned with Fresno State's Center for Irrigation Technology (CIT), an internationally recognized independent testing facility. For over 40 years, CIT has provided third-party laboratory and field testing on a wide variety of technologies and systems.

Valley Ventures Accelerator
The Valley Ventures Accelerator main goal it to help promote the growth of participating ventures. Throughout the program, companies will receive close engagement with entrepreneurs and industry leaders in the agriculture, water, and energy technology space. Our speakers come from a variety of backgrounds ranging from successful founders who have built and sold companies, to experienced investors well versed in the agriculture tech space, to seasoned executives who run or even own some of the largest agriculture related firms in the nation.
WET programs and services
The WET programs and services can assist entrepreneurs and innovators in every step of their journey. The multi-tenant facility is available to water, energy, and ag technology entrepreneurs from around the world. The WET staff is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs and creating a rich culture of collaboration, community, and connections. Situated on the Fresno State campus, the WET provides working and meeting space, access to a robust industry network, incubation and accelerator programs and a collaborative environment to water, energy, and agricultural technology companies in various stages of development.
