Founded in 2011, AOM LLC has three members:
Russel M. Adams, PE, Founding Member, a Civil Engineer with decades of experience in developing and commercializing innovative technologies including wastewater flotation treatment, recovery of fertilizers from urine and anaerobic digestate, and activated carbon. He is first author of AOM's US Patent 10,538,433, issued January 21, 2020, "Activated Carbon Production at Biomass-Fueled Steam/Electric Power Plants."
Jim Brisco Enterprises Inc., Founding Member, represented by George Morrow, its President. George is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Coronel. JBEI is a concrete and asphalt recycler, aggregates and concrete producer, and biosolids application business in Atwater, CA.
BBC Thermal Conversion, Inc., Member, represented by John Black, P.Eng., its President. John is an experienced chemical and thermochemical engineer from Ontario, Canada, and an author of several patents including the AOM patent mentioned above. John is currently engaged in research and development for AOm of methods for hydrogen production and chemical activation of char for advanced battery and energy storage applications.
AOM has a viable business proposition for returning a currently closed biomass power plant in California to economic viability. A pitch deck describing this opportunity, based on AOM's patent mentioned above, is available for presentation on request.
