Innovation Centre Denmark Silicon Valley - Building bridges for a sustainable future
Innovation Centre Denmark Silicon Valley is located in Palo Alto and was established in 2006 as the first of now 8 innovation centres around the world. Innovation Centre Denmark is a collaboration between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Higher Education and Science of Denmark.
We bridge Denmark and California by connecting corporates, startups, research and educational institutions, and public stakeholders to the innovation ecosystem in Silicon Valley. That is, knowledge to growth: We help organizations innovate and companies scale their businesses via access to partners, new technologies, new markets, and capital.
Concerning decarbonization efforts, we partner with Californian authorities and other key stakeholders on water and energy, promoting sustainable solutions to challenges in California. E.g. through MoUs in the areas of offshore wind, energy efficiency and water technology.
